last night, longish duets between a laptop and a jazz drummer made my weekend.

thanks kieran hebden (four tet) & steve reid for bringing two genres together in soul oscillating fluidity.  the whole time, you could tell they were really feeling the music they were creating and having fun with the merging of sounds as they kept looking over at each other like, "yea, we rock!"  mmm yea, it was a good show.
